The Duck Boats have the capacity to carry 25 people and will plow through the water on the flooded roads. Since they won't actually float, the casino won’t need clearance from the U.S. Coast Guard and can be operated per Iowa Department of Transportation licensing.

Iowa Casino to Reopen Thanks to Duck Boats
The WinnaVegas Resort Casino in Sioux City, Iowa, has been closed since June 10 due to flooding of the Missouri River. Now there are plans to ferry visitors to the casino using amphibious vehicles called Duck Boats. Reopening of the casino will put 350 employees back to work.
