Busy.

I know, I know. I haven't posted in foreverrr. I've been busy. Doing what? Not much really. School. Practice. Homework. Sleep. and Repeat.
This week I have tryouts for the competitive cheer season. There's no cuts. It's sort of something crueler. They put you in the back. You probably can't do much of anything (thank the Lord I can!) and you stand there while everyone else stunts and tumbles. You're not even that leftover girl on the side doing some round off back tucks or anything fancy. And there's three rounds. You might only get put in one. If you're not in other rounds, guess what? You warm the bench... or well the mats really. You get to see your teammates, your friends, out there doing what you want to be doing and wishing that you were just cut. But I'm practically guaranteed a spot in at least one of the rounds (Round 2) so I'll be grateful for that.
This week we have practice 5 days a week. Monday thru Friday I'll be at school from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Definitely looking forward to that.

I haven't done much crafting at home but at Church, I most definitely have. I designed a whole freaking room. We're redoing our youth room and somehow I got put in charge of designing it. Possibly because I show up and my mom is the youth director. Hmmm. Maybe. Well I got to pick out the paint colors and pick where they  were going to be done and I did a whole lot of behind the scenes work such as painting. It's a biggggg room! I'll definitely post pictures soon. It looks amazing at this stage! Except for the fact that we have only one ugly old couch and a pew in the room. More furniture will come soon. Really excited. Well, I better get to bed. Mondays require lots of energy. Especially when I have practice until 8 and two tests (which I probably should have put more effort into studying for. Oh well!)
