Nutella and Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are the perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. They taste almost like a reece's peanut butter cup. They crunchy on the on the outside and gooey on the inside. They're great!

Now don't mind the dark pictures. I have a late night baking problem.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 egg
1 cup Flour
1 tbsp Water

You could also substitute the 1/2 cup of Nutella and 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter for 1 cup of Nutella if you're more of a chocolate lover.

Makes 1 dozen large cookies or 2 dozen small cookies. Perfect for a "mommy only" treat!

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. The white chunks came from the crunchy peanut butter. Don't worry!

 3. Form into medium size-ish balls. They may or may not look like lumps of poop.
4. Smash down with your palm or a glass.

5. Bake for 7-8 minutes. If you're cookies are thicker, you may need to cook them for up to 10 minutes or even more depending.

 6. Let them cool and enjoy!

They're perfect and gooey!
 Delish!
