June 28, 2012, PAGASA latest updates for Bagyong Dindo's center was estimated based on satellite and surface data at  260 km E of Aparri, Cagayan(18.3°N,124.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is  forecast to move west northwest at 19 kph.

Storm Signal No. 2 has been raised over Cagayan, Calayan & Babuyan Grp. of Islands, Batanes Grp. of Islands, Isabela, Apayao, Kalinga, Ilocos Norte, Abra &and Mt. Province.

For the meantime, the following areas remain under Signal No. 1: Ilocos Sur, La Union, Aurora, Ifugao, Quirino, Benguet and Nueva Vizcaya.

The rainfall amount within the 400 km. diameter of Bagyong Dindo is estimated from 15 - 25 mm per hour, which is "heavy - intense."

Bagyong Dindo is expected to enhance the Southwest Monsoon that will bring rains over Southern Luzon and Visayas, especially the western section, which may  trigger landslides and flashfloods and possible  occurrence of storm surge over the coastal areas under Signal No. 2.

The PAGASA advises fishing boats and other small sea crafts not to venture out into the Seaboards of Central and Southern Luzon and Western Visayas due to the combined effect of Bagyong Dindo and the Southwest Monsoon.
