Ryan Lochte proved why he’s dominated the Olympic swimming conversation leading into London 2012 today when he won his first gold medal in the men’s 400-meter individual medley.
“I’m kind of shock,” the swimmer said after the race.
Even more shocking? Michael Phelps did not even place at the race, finishing fourth.
