Monday Morning Thoughts

Well that went way too fast. I'm not even sure what I did the entire weekend. Was it a weekend? I can't be sure, but I don't think Saturday ever happened. I think Monday killed him and we went straight to Sunday. Someone should probably call the police...

... There is only one netminder in the world worse than Ilya Bryzgalov and thank christ the Flyers are playing him right now. This series has been shitloads of fun to watch. Pinball offense, huge hits, and enough bad blood to fill the entire state of Pennsylvania. And the fighting, the sweet sweet fighting...

... The Descendants was a lovely little film, but it definitely did not live up to the Oscar hype. I'm beginning to come around to the fact that the sole reason The Artist won is because no one made a truly great movie last year. Clooney was fucking great though and absolutely should have won Best Actor over the guy who didn't have to learn any lines...
