Well, Miami finally fired Sparano. Unfortunately, Ross still owns the majority share of the Dolphins, and he is a tumbling, tumbling, jackass.

Could you just get the fuck out of the way and let someone with a clue run the organization? You need to die, slowly. Just go hire Cowher and allow him to bring in his own staff. Don't appoint your buddy as VP and force he and Ireland to work together. I fucking hate you so much. You're ruining this franchise and making it so nobody wants to touch it.
